Cédric Foussard
Cédric Foussard is an international expert in the field of justice for children, renowned for his global expertise. He is the current coordinator of the Global Initiative on Justice With Children and Senior Advisor for Advocacy and Global Learning at Terre des Hommes Foundation.
With nearly two decades of leadership at an international foundation based in Brussels, he has helped shape global policy around children’s rights and justice.

Mariana Perez Cruz
Mariana Pérez Cruz is an international children’s rights advocate and researcher with legal expertise in child centred justice. She holds an LLM in International Children’s Rights from Leiden University and leads evidence based research and advocacy on access to justice, digital and climate justice, and the prevention of violence against children. Mariana has worked with United Nations bodies, governments, and international civil society to shape policy, strengthen accountability, and advance global agendas for children’s rights.
