The Digital Justice Lab examines the opportunities and risks that digital technologies bring to justice systems. It investigates how digitalisation affects access to justice, privacy, fair trial, and equality, especially children and vulnerable groups, and works to ensure that technological progress upholds human rights and strengthens accountability.
