This week, the ICJA team met at the Accenture offices in Bucharest in the context of our involvement in the PPRO-Child project. While not a formal project meeting, this gathering allowed us to reflect on the project’s progress and exchange on key issues related to justice for children in the digital environment.
PPRO-Child is an EU-funded initiative exploring how procedures, safeguards, and digital tools can better support children’s rights when they come into contact with justice systems — an area fully aligned with our work within the Digital Justice Lab.
Our time together in Bucharest was also the opportunity to advance our 2025 planning and prepare for our next partner gathering in Salzburg in December 2025, where we will continue shaping the agenda for 2026.
